I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t give me the support I needed. The straps started digging into my shoulders quickly, and the cups still felt like they were sagging instead of holding anything up. Weirdly, I remember adjusting it in the dressing room while a super loud hand dryer kept going off outside, which somehow made the whole thing even more annoying.

I really wanted to like this, but after just a few washes the stitching started coming loose. I’m always a little worried about getting fooled by products that look decent at first, and unfortunately this one kind of confirmed that fear. It fell apart way too fast.

I actually like the products, but using the site was kind of a pain. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the filters kept resetting or not saving, so I had to redo my search a few times. Checkout worked in the end, but there was one part that wasn’t very clear. It just feels clunky overall, especially on my phone. Browsing could be way easier.

I’m getting mixed signals from this whole return process. One update makes it sound like my refund is on the way, then nothing happens and I’m still waiting. It shouldn’t be this hard to get money back after a return.

They sent me the wrong bra size, and I figured it would be a quick and easy return. Nope. It took way longer than I expected, and no one really explained what was going on, so I was just left guessing the whole time...

From my point of view, the items might be great, but the delivery charge pushed the total way higher than I expected. It just didn’t feel worth it in the end. I wish the shipping cost had been shown more clearly earlier so I could decide before getting that far.

I sent my order back and, the refund just dragged on way too long. I kept checking my bank, then checking my emails, thinking maybe I’d missed something, but nope, nothing changed for days.
Customer service did get back to me, to be fair, but it didn’t really speed anything up. It’s just frustrating, you know, how fast they take the money but how slow it is to get it back. I wouldn’t order from them again.

A bunch of styles stop before the range I need and some were always out of stock. It’s frustrating when a brand makes it seem like it’s for curvy women but still doesn’t cover enough sizes. I just ended up feeling left out

The site just feels really cluttered to me, and a lot of the bras look kind of old-fashioned now. I reached out to support because I was having trouble finding what I wanted, but the reply made it feel like it was my fault for not navigating the site properly. Not a great experience overall...
